This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.
1. General Refund Conditions
Because we operate using a dropshipping model, our suppliers ship products directly to customers.
For this reason, we can only issue refunds under certain conditions described below.
We do NOT offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Ordering the wrong size, color, or model

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors
-
Items that arrive after expected delivery windows but are still in transit
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective item
-
The wrong product
You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue

Provide your order number
After verifying the issue, we will resend the item or process your refund.
3. Missing Items in the Order
If your order arrives incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days.
We will investigate with the supplier and send the missing item at no additional cost.
4. Order Not Received
You may request a refund or replacement only if:

The order has not arrived 30 days after shipment confirmation, and

There is no updated tracking information indicating that the item is in transit
Exceptions may apply depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After the order is processed by the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the supplier has already shipped the item, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded until it qualifies under other sections of this policy.
6. Returns
Because products are shipped directly from international suppliers, we do not accept physical returns.
In most cases, if an item is damaged or incorrect, you may keep it, discard it, or donate it — we will still issue the replacement or refund once verified.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time:

1–5 business days for our system to issue the refund

Additional time depending on your bank, PayPal, or payment provider
8. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:

Customer provides an incorrect address

Customer refuses or fails to pick up the package

Delays caused by customs, holidays, or logistics issues

The tracking shows as “delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt (you must file a carrier claim)

Items purchased during flash sales, promotions, or discounted events (unless damaged or incorrect)
